Items decided and voted upon at the league AGM for the 2019 season:
1. League fees this year will be $500 per team, capped at 6 teams though we currently have 5. We will be setting up the email TheRDTFA@gmail.com for e-transfering to in order to pay fees.
2. We will be booking great chief park for league semi-finals and finals. Playoff games will be scheduled for 5:00pm. Regular season will start June 9 and be posted on the website, games to start at 6:00 pm this year.
3. In order to play a playoff game, an individual MUST play a minimum of 50% of their team's regular season games. There will be an exception in the case of injury. Photo of each team will be sent to the captain's whatsap for confirmation.
Rule Changes:
-Kickoff will only take place at the beginning of each half. After a score the opposing team takes the ball at the 35 and begins their drive.
-A conversion attempt intercepted and returned for a score will score the same points as were being attempted (1 or 2)
-Coin toss at the beginning of the game will determine choice of side or possession. Both side and possesion will switch at the beginning of the second half. There is no option to defer choice.
